Funktioniert die App offline?
Ja. Dein Logbuch liegt lokal auf dem Gerät. Nur Wetter, Karte, Webcams und Häfen brauchen Internet.
Wie erstelle ich den Seemeilennachweis?
Im Bereich „Export“ erzeugst du aus deinen Logbucheinträgen ein PDF, mit Unterschrift und Ausrüstungs-Checkliste.
Wo werden meine Daten gespeichert?
Auf deinem Gerät. Es gibt kein Benutzerkonto, und dein Logbuch wird nicht an uns übertragen. Details stehen in der Datenschutzerklärung.
Wie sichere ich mein Logbuch?
Die Daten sind Teil deines iPhone-Backups (z. B. iCloud-Backup). Zusätzlich kannst du in der App eine Backup-Datei exportieren und selbst ablegen.
Ist die SOS-Funktion ein Ersatz für die Seenotrettung?
Nein. Sie ist eine Hilfe. Verlasse dich im Notfall immer auf DSC-Funk (UKW Kanal 16) und die zuständige Seenotrettungsleitstelle.

Does the app work offline?
Yes. Your logbook is stored locally on your device. Only weather, map, webcams and harbours need an internet connection.
How do I create a sea miles record?
In the "Export" section you create a PDF from your logbook entries, including signature and equipment checklist.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. There is no user account, and your logbook is not transmitted to us. See the privacy policy for details.
How do I back up my logbook?
Your data is part of your iPhone backup (e.g. iCloud Backup). You can also export a backup file in the app and store it yourself.
Does the SOS feature replace a rescue service?
No. It is an aid. In an emergency always rely on DSC radio (VHF channel 16) and the responsible rescue coordination centre.
